You’re in!

Congratulations! You’re going to Teddington Riverside Jazz Festival on June 22nd 2025.

Check your emails now for your ticket(s) and booking reference. (If you don’t get an email, please check your spam/junk folder – and if you haven’t received your email after just a few minutes, get in touch at info@teddingtonjazzfestival.co.uk to let us know.)

Most importantly, for you and for us – please tell your friends that you’re going! It’ll be even more fun with them along. And please do so while tickets are still available. We’d hate them to miss out.

The booking conditions can be found on our website – please read them  carefully. Here is a summary of some of the most important ones.

Parking Limited parking is available, in the Lensbury car park across the road from The Lensbury. A space is NOT guaranteed. If you can travel by public transport, please do. Buses and trains run nearby.

Times Doors open at 1:00pm. The music starts at around 2pm, and finishes at 8pm.

Picnics You can bring in a picnic rug and folding chairs if you so wish, but please don’t bring in food and drink – the Lensbury will offer a range of catering suitable for the event. Note: Cash is not accepted – please pay by card or phone.

Readmission is permitted. You’ll be given a wristband, please wear it! Stewards will check. You can use your wristband to gain readmission.

Pets Pets aren’t allowed, so please don’t bring them along.

Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Very young children Under-sixes can come for free, but young children should stay with you at all times. This is for their safety.

Ticket touting Please don’t tout your ticket. But feel free to transfer it to a friend or family member if you can’t attend.

Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, material alteration or by special exception determined by us at our sole discretion.
